Is parking available?
Yes — city parking decks sit adjacent to the Raleigh Convention Center on Salisbury and Lenoir St, with many more decks within a short walk. EV charging is available in city decks. Ride-share drop-off is on Salisbury St.

Food
Are meals included?
Yes. Continental breakfast and catered lunch are included both days for all in-person ticket holders. VIP ticket holders also receive access to the speaker dinner on Sept 15.
General
What is the dress code?
Smart casual. Raleigh in March is mild (50-70°F); bring a light jacket. The venue is climate controlled.
Sessions
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. All Main Hall sessions (keynotes, panels, lightning talks) will be recorded and available to all registered attendees within one week. Breakout sessions are not recorded.
Accessibility
What accessibility services are available?
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible with elevators on every floor. ASL interpreters are available on request — please note this during registration. Service animals are welcome.
